LEDGERS

The Ledger is a summarized list of all amounts corresponding to individual transactions by date.
To check your store’s Ledger, go to Accounts and click on Ledger:

The Ledger display will contain the following items -

1. The Amount Receivable in Rupees
2. The list of Ledger entries with corresponding Dates, Accountable Types and Amount.
3. An option to search your ledger entries between two dates

1. Enter a Start date and an End date in the fields provided.
2. Press Search to display the list of Ledger entries generated during the period between the dates entered
